Carin's story
From Scandinavia to the Costa del Sol

Carin grew up in Scandinavia, where homes are built around light and simplicity. When she moved to Marbella more than a decade ago, she brought that eye with her: an instinct for how a space feels at different hours, how materials age, and what makes a house quietly exceptional.
Before founding CA Estates she worked with buyers and sellers across the coast, learning the market street by street. What she saw was a gap: many agencies, but few that took the time to truly understand what each client wanted, or to stay with them after the keys changed hands.
CA Estates was her answer. A boutique agency by design, working with a limited number of clients at a time so each receives her personal attention, from the first conversation to the notary and beyond.
Today Carin helps families, investors and second-home owners from across Europe, in Swedish, English, Danish and Norwegian. Many come back, and many more arrive through their recommendation.
